Stevie has been aware of spirit since childhood. It would appear to be an ability inherited from the genes of the female ancestral line. In Germany particularly there remains a longing to discover the true fate of loved ones lost during wartime. Stevie has been able to re-unite many with lost parents and illuminate the dark areas of tragic childhood memories.
Television can play its part. For example, one German TV channel continues to repeat an episode where Stevie sat with a group in their studio over two days. One of the participants who sat for Stevie was a large and particularly sensitive man who carried with him the heavy guilt of having been responsible for a motor accident which his memory has never recalled. The accident had caused the death of his own nephew. Stevie was able to draw in close to this nephew who proceeded to reassure the uncle that the accident had not been his fault at all. He went on to explain how it had been caused by another motorist.
On the following day the TV programme was transmitted in front of a studio audience. There was not a dry eye to be seen when the sitter's father was identified amongst them and told the cameras that his son had just had his first good nights sleep in four years.
